Once planning permission has been granted then our fees will be payable within 30 days or alternatively you can pay once the land is sold however interest will be charged on the amount owing on a monthly basis.

How Does Your System Work?

Below is a step by step guide of how our system works.  For a more detailed analysis please contact us to arrange a visit where we can go through the proposals in greater depth.

  1. Upon receiving your enquiry we will arrange a convenient time to come and visit your property and carry out a measured survey of the plot together with a feasibility study.
  2. If your plot appears viable for development then we will advice you of the current and potential market values of your plot if we can obtain planning consent.
  3. We will also provide you with details of what our fee would be should we obtain planning consent for your land.
  4. If this is agreeable and you wish to proceed then we will request a payment for our surveyors time in surveying the plot in readiness for our design team to get to work on preparing the planning drawings.   We will also advise what you local authority fees will be (you pay these direct to your local authority).
  5. Once planning permission is granted on your plot you will receive an invoice from us for our fees as agreed at the beginning of the contract.
  6. You can then either pay our invoice in full within 30 days from the date on your decision notice.
  7. If after this 30 day period payment has not been received then interest will be payable on the full amount outstanding.  Interest to be paid on a monthly basis at our standard interest rate of 21% APR
  8. All design fees, meetings with the planners, design and access statements and other correspondence and time spent on the project is provided on a no win, no fee basis so in the very unlikely event that we are unsuccessful in obtaining planning consent for the proposed build on your plot, you will not owe us anything !
